UBB Contract Finally Obtained from Council via Freedom of Information

A copy of the UBB contract has now finally been obtained from Gloucestershire County Council. All but a small number of sections have been released, with a number of sections in what has been provided havng been redacted (i.e. blacked out) due to confidentiality. The contract, associated schedules, and the response to the Freedom of Information request that finally resulted in it being provided can be viewed or downloaded below.

Previous attempts to obtain the contract had always been refused but it has not been released following the GCC Elections.
