Vinegar Hill is Open Access land, where anyone is allowed to wander, covering part of the escarpment and footslopes below Haresfield Beacon. Another location from which Javelin Park is visible.

The maps below show the Javelin Park incinerator in relation to population centres in its vicinity and give an indication of how the emissions from the incinerator chimney could affect these areas. The incinerator is shown to scale.

  • The Severn Vale (to the south of Javelin  Park)

Haresfield Beacon in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is our heritage and a great draw for tourists....why would we want to spoil one of the most enviable views in England?
