Eco-Poster Project

The Project

As part of GlosVAIN's Schools Campaign we have launched a "Design an Eco-Poster" Project.

We have invited Gloucestershire's schools to encourage pupils, school councils and eco-councils to design posters showing how they think we should deal with the waste left over after reusing and recycling in the county.

We'd like to receive as many posters as possible showing off the creative and artistic side of Gloucestershire school pupils!

We will display all posters received on our website in time for World Environment Day (5th June) and also use them to make a short video!

See the poster opposite for further information about the project.

Taking Part

If you attend a school or college we'd love to see your handiwork. So if your school is taking part in our project, please get creative and be sure to submit your poster to your school.

If your school hasn't made you aware of our project, we'd still love for you to get designing and for you to send us your finished poster directly anyway. If you want to encourage your school to take part, you can download the full poster here. Pre-schoolers are also welcome to take part!

All posters to be returned to your school or sent to us by 11th May 2012. You will be entered into a prize draw!!

If you do want to send us your poster direct, please scan it and get your parent/carer to email it in, letting us know your:

  • Name, Age, School
  • Parent/carer's name
  • If your parent/carer would rather not be contacted by GlosVAIN in future.

Posters should be sent to general@glosvain.info

IMPORTANT

  • Please get the permission of your parent or carer first before taking part
  • Emails will only be accepted sent on behalf of the child/young person by their parent/carer
