An Event not to Miss. Come, Listen, and Join in Vigil and Silent Walk
The Songs of Change Choir Singing on Saturday 9th November at 10.30 a.m., joined by Glosvain Anti-incineration Campaigners
The Stroud based Songs of Change Choir will be joining forces with Glosvain anti-incineration campaigners and members of the Quaker community on Saturday 9th November, 10.30 a.m., at The Ram Sculpture at the top of Stroud High Street.
The Choir will be singing Peace songs followed by an anti-incineration song. There will then be a short Vigil and a Silent Walk around Stroud, guided by Rebecca Stapleford and Barbara Manzi-Fe.
The event on Saturday 9th November will also mark the previous day's "Global Day of Action against Waste Incineration and for Zero Waste Alternatives", supported by the International network, GAIA.
This Stroud event is to raise public awareness and encourage people to come to the Inquiry.
