SEND A WRITTEN SUBMISSION/REPRESENTATION FOR INQUIRY
You can still send in objections to the Inspector for the Public Inquiry, via The Case Officer, Helen Skinner (quote reference: APP/T1600/A/13/2200210).
- by email: Helen.skinner@pins.gsi.gov.uk, or,
- by post to: The Planning Inspectorate, Room 3/02, Kite Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6PN
You are not restricted in the arguments or topics that you can raise in your submission. However, bear in mind the following key points:
- The planning applications was rejected predominantly on grounds of visual impact as per the decision notice here.
- The Secretary of State has said that he will decide the Appeal outcome ultimately as the proposal "involves proposals of major significance for the delivery of the Government's climate change programme and energy policies".
You can read GlosVAIN's arguments on these and other grounds in the planning objections submissions we made on out Publications page.
It would be helpful if you copy us in on your written submission at pr@glosvain.info
