On 8th Mar, Urbaser Balfour Beatty came to the village of Haresfield, where they wish to build Gloucestershire's incinerator. They came to deliver a presentation to residents about their plans, which they did to a village hall, packed with opponents, whose indignation was palpable during the meeting.
